We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our estate sale and business liquidation team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in preparing for sales, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sale Setup:
- Assist in organizing and arranging items for display.
- Perform heavy lifting and moving of items as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace during setup.
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service during sales.
- Assist customers with questions and locating items.
- Transport items to a reserve/hold table for customers.
- Cleanout and Organization:
- Participate in cleanout operations following sales.
- Ensure items are organized and properly accounted for.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing great customer service.
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or related fields is a plus.
Schedule and Compensation:
