Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly smile and assist them in placing their to go orders.
- Prepare and package food items for takeout in accordance with food safety guidelines.
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and complete before handing them to customers.
- Handle payments and issue receipts in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the takeout area during busy shifts.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet customer requests and dietary needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any needs or concerns with empathy and efficiency.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education; experience in a hospitality-related role is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards customer service and teamwork.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems or willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
