What You'll Do
As a Treasury Product Manager, you will be a key driver in shaping the future of our treasury management offerings. You will own the strategy, development, and lifecycle management for a portfolio of treasury products and services. Your role involves deep market analysis, understanding client needs, defining product roadmaps, and collaborating across departments (including Sales, Technology, Operations, Marketing, and Compliance) to deliver innovative and competitive solutions that meet market demands and drive business growth.What You'll Be Doing
- Define and manage the product roadmap for treasury management for commercial customers
- Work directly with customers on setup, ongoing configuration, and demos of key treasury platforms
- Engage directly with SMB, Startup, and Commercial clients through interviews, surveys, and focus groups to gather feedback, understand needs, and identify product opportunities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on treasury solutions in strategic client meetings alongside Sales and Relationship Management teams.
- Articulate the value proposition and pricing structure of treasury services, such as account analysis, to strategic clients.
- Present product capabilities and strategic vision at client events, webinars, or advisory meetings.
- Lead pricing strategy and execution for commercial clients.
- Identify, lead, and own specific treasury management and billing services (e.g., Account Analysis XAA and IntraFi network).
- Work with various teams (including technology) to prioritize product plans and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Build agreement across teams by clearly communicating the product vision and team values.
- Create and verify requirements, process maps, use cases, and test plans; support testing efforts.
- Ensure product decisions align with bank strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Help manage relationships with partners and vendors, including negotiations and ensuring they meet service agreements (SLAs).
- Find and pursue opportunities to increase revenue, cut costs, and improve client engagement using market research.
- Develop reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for your products.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, technology, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, product development, or a strategic role within banking, fintech, or specifically treasury/cash management.
- Analyze and explain the pros and cons of different solutions.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and take ownership of your work.
- Read, understand, and create various documents (instructional, API, technical).
- Proven track record of successfully managing and launching financial products or services.
- Understand treasury solutions (payments, receivables, liquidity, digital banking) and related technology.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in data analysis and familiar with product management tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with User Experience (UX) design and tools like Figma.
- Experience with banking core or payment systems (e.g., FIS, Fiserv, Jack Henry, Stripe).
- Experience working with cloud-based third-party service providers.
- Data analytics skills (SQL, R, Python) and experience with ETL tools (e.g., Tableau Prep) are preferred.
