Position Overview:
The Project Manager at Grasshopper Heating & Cooling is responsible for leading sales initiatives, developing strong customer relationships, and designing tailored solutions that align with our customers' needs and our company's values. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee sales projects from initiation to completion, aligning with customer requirements and business goals.
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct needs assessments for customized heating and cooling solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and installation teams for project accuracy.
- Monitor and adjust project timelines as needed.
- Achieve sales targets and foster departmental growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service for enhanced experiences and decision-making.
- Stay informed on market trends, technology, and competitors for strategic planning.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in sales or project management, HVAC industry preferred.
- Knowledgeable in HVAC products, services, and market.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in Service Titan and Google Drive preferred.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business.
Working Conditions:
- Combination of office and fieldwork.
- Regular travel to client sites and meetings.
