What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Foreman / Crew Lead position at Grasshoppers Landscaping & Lawn Service LLC?
Provide leadership and mentoring for a landscape crew. Experience with hardscaping and landscaping (softscaping) managing crews, and equipment operation is critical to this job. Prior experience with skid steers, excavator is important. This Crew Lead will function on our leadership team. Must have a valid drivers license.
Grasshoppers is a small, but growing multi-faceted company that provides landscape design/build, landscape maintenance, irrigation, tree and snow removal services throughout the four corners area. We currently employ 16 full-time landscapers and provide snow removal services to over 70 clients in the winter.
We are growing quickly and are vested in finding excellence for our leadership team. We currently run 8 crews and have enough work to keep us busy through 2023.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
