- Bookkeeping and support to the accounting entries preparation.
- Financial reporting: creation and preparation of financial reports for taxes and regulatory agencies.
- Reconciling accounts: Comparing records to ensure figures match, and identifying discrepancies and non-compliance issues.
- Maintaining ledgers: Ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of accounting tasks.
- Assisting: Helping the accounting manager prepare documents and interpret financial information for executives.
- Identify potential areas of opportunity, riskand provide solutions.
- Collaborates with internal departments to reconcile any accounting discrepancies.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Support to the preparation of the financial statement.
- Oversees all accounting records and subsidiary details.
- Arranges payments of invoices and rent expenses.
- Support to the preparation and implementation of new procedures.
- Ad HOC projects.
- Various financial/accounting functions as needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as accounting, finance, business, supply chain, international business.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
- Experience with SAP software.
- Experience in previous retail, wholesale, luxury, fashion or beauty is a PLUS.
