- Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the products manufactured.
- Receives and researches customer complaints.
- Maintains customer database.
- Transmits pricing to customers.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
