- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping management.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, training, and retention of employees.
- Administer employee benefits plans.
- Facilitate accident and injury record keeping, workers compensation, and case management.
- Monitor staff performance and provide necessary support.
Required Skills:
