Description
This position serves as relief support staff and general equipment operations throughout the print and packaging department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Follow and comply with applicable good manufacturing, safety, and quality assurance practices.
- Verify quality control items such as product weights, coding, packaging, GMP's etc.
- Maintain proper documentation in all record keeping formats
- Operate Rothenberg, chipping, bulk packer, and rework equipment (Melter / Sepamatic) at an efficient level to fulfill plant demands.
- Serve as relief / support staff to machine operators throughout the print and packaging department.
- Serve as relief / support staff for Par Room Forklift Operator.
- Assist with general cleaning and housekeeping throughout the plant as needed.
- Backfill to other positions / departments as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor .
