What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Technician 1st Shift position at Grassland Dairy Products?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow and comply with applicable good manufacturing, safety, and quality assurance practices.
- Maintain proper documentation in all record keeping formats.
- Verify quality control items such as product weights, coding, packaging, etc.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the products manufactured and the processes involved.
- Warehousing and material handling duties.
- Identify and stage supplies and packaging materials.
- Serve as relief/support staff throughout the print and packaging department.
- Able to drive straight truck to dry warehouse and load various supplies for orders.
- Assist with general cleaning and housekeeping throughout the plant as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
