How You'll Make a Difference:
- Apply turf treatments to ensure optimal lawn and plant health.
- Educate customers on our services and diagnose issues.
- Maintain a high standard of service and address customer concerns promptly.
- Foster relationships with customers for ongoing service excellence.
What It Takes:
- MA Pesticide License, preferred. Willing to support the right candidate with obtaining their license!
- Valid Driver's License, with a good standing driving record (you will be driving a company truck daily)
- Consistent and reliable attendance
- Effective communication skills and basic computer/mobile device knowledge
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Lawn care, customer service, or related experience is preferred. Massachusetts Pesticide Applicators License is a plus.
