We are looking for a Crew Supervisor to join our team and lead a group of employees in completing lawn maintenance responsibilities including zero turn mowing, weed eating, trimming/pruning, adhering to and updating the schedule, driving the truck and trailer, some basic equipment repair, and other tasks as necessary. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong ability to motivate and inspire their team. The Crew Leader will be responsible for delegating tasks, speaking with customers, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, and providing feedback and guidance to their team. Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of crew members to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
- Train and mentor new crew members.
- Provide feedback to crew members on their performance.
- Communicate with other departments to ensure that tasks are completed on time.
- Monitor the progress of tasks and provide updates to owner.
- Provide solutions to problems that arise during tasks.
- Have a valid drivers license to drive company vehicles
Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance and lawn care
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Experience using tractors and mid size equipment
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Familiarity with groundskeeping, gardening, and tree care techniques
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
