Product Manager

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our growing team.

As a Product Manager, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deeply understand customer needs, prioritize impactful features, and work closely with engineering to deliver high-quality integrations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our integrations adhere to industry standards, maintain reliability, and scale effectively with the evolving needs of our growing business. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, excels in a fluid environment and transforms ambiguity into clear solutions. The ideal candidate is also deeply customer-obsessed, ensuring that their work consistently aligns with and addresses customer needs.

Grata is a hybrid company, which means our employees work from our NYC office (near Bryant Park) on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

At Grata, we will expect you to :

• Build a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and behaviors for integration use cases by partnering with commercial teams and conducting user research and data analysis
• Develop strategic roadmaps with clear milestones and measurable metrics to achieve ambitious goals and track progress effectively
• Work across design, engineering, QA, and product marketing to define and ship the roadmap
• Prioritize initiatives ruthlessly using a data-driven approach to maximize impact and deliver customer value
• Craft detailed requirements informed by customer conversations, usage data analysis, and iterative feedback from design and engineering teams
• Establish yourself as the go-to expert and trusted leader for the product area, building credibility through ownership and results
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders, distilling complex ideas into clear insights that drive alignment across the organization

Grata is committed to providing competitive cash compensation and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in New York City, the estimated base salary for this role is $125,000 - $150,000 per year.
