Job Summary:
Grateful Care ABA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Management Associate to join our team in Hewlett, NY. This individual will play a critical role in analyzing performance data across multiple platforms, ensuring data integrity, and supporting leadership with key insights. The Data Management Associate will assist the CEO, Director of Clinical Services, Director of Clinical Quality, and Platform Management Specialist to optimize data-driven decision-making at the regional and state levels.
Key Responsibilities: Performance Data Analysis & Reporting
- Review regional and state performance data related to growth and billable hours from multiple platforms (Google Drive, Central Reach, ClickUp, etc.).
- Identify flagged metrics or areas exceeding expectations and provide reports to the CEO for weekly leadership meetings with VPs and Regional Directors.
- Analyze clinical compliance, safety, and progress data, reporting key findings to the Director of Clinical Services and Director of Clinical Quality.
Data Audits & Compliance
- Conduct routine audits at regional and state levels to ensure accuracy and completeness of performance data.
- Follow up with regional leadership on missing or delayed data submissions and impending deadlines.
Automation & Platform Management
- Collaborate with the Platform Management Specialist to develop automations that facilitate seamless data collection by regional teams.
- Export, import, and generate reports from Central Reach, ensuring efficient data accessibility and usability.
- Support large data migration projects and assist regional and field staff with data entry and system transitions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for data trends and inconsistencies.
- Detail oriented
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present data findings clearly to leadership.
