Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and their pets in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of client information and pet care services.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Provide information about services offered.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
- Handle customer service issues with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic knowledge or experience in dog training, pet grooming, or animal care is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle pets safely and comfortably; experience in dog handling or animal restraint is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
