Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee human resources administration, finance, and other administrative functions.
- Review and approve departmental budgets and expenditures.
- Collaborate with the Board, committees of the Board, and department heads to identify key priorities and develop short-term strategic plans for the county.
- Enforce the strategy for collective bargaining and administration of all labor agreements within the County.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of all County facilities.
- Maintain communications systems and technological development within the County.
- Make critical decisions during a period of transition between permanent administrators.
