MOVIN’ – As a District Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurants, ensuring each store operates at peak performance. Key responsibilities include:
Translating business strategy into day-to-day execution by coaching and mentoring Restaurant Managers.
Driving sales and profit performance while providing operational expertise.
Ensuring restaurants are properly staffed, trained, and running efficiently.
Creating a guest-first culture that builds brand loyalty and repeat business.

Previous multi-unit leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
A track record of driving results, developing teams, and leading with impact.
Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
Passion for coaching and mentoring managers to build high-performing teams.
