JD for Senior BA/ QA
Extensive knowledge of Financial Domain (Expertise understanding of FI/ Equity/ FX products)
Extensive experience (8 years) in trade execution, front to back trade flow, and complete trade and position management.
Extensive experience in financial systems and technologies.
Excellent communication (written/verbal) and spec documentation skills.
Excellent work organization, analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work with various stakeholders (traders, COOs, Product controllers, compliance) and coordinate and drive solutions.
Experience with all phases of the systems development lifecycle
Deep knowledge of architecture and documentation concepts and tools (data models, XML schemas, Visio, etc.)
Candidate must work with the Development team running extensive testing on the features that are developed.
Plus: SQL queries and working with databases (MS SQL, Sybase, etc.)
