Project Manager (Risk Management)

We are looking for a Project Manager with a background in Risk Transformation, specifically in Front Office (FO) Risk, Credit Risk, or Market Risk. If you're a risk management guru with a passion for leading projects and driving change, we want to hear from you!

As a Project Manager in our Risk Transformation team, you'll be responsible for overseeing projects that aim to transform our risk management capabilities, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly changing regulatory landscape. Your expertise in FO Risk, Credit Risk, or Market Risk will be invaluable in helping us navigate complex risk management challenges and develop innovative solutions.

*Responsibilities:*

Lead projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Risk, Finance, and Technology, to identify and prioritize project requirements

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets

Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed

Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle

Provide project management expertise to support the development of risk management policies, procedures, and frameworks

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk management

*Requirements:*

Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Finance, Risk Management, or a related field

At least 7-10 years of experience in risk management, with a focus on FO Risk, Credit Risk, or Market Risk

Proven project management skills, with experience leading projects in a similar risk management environment

Strong understanding of risk management principles, regulations, and industry best practices

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
