Job Details
We are looking for a Senior UI / UX Designer, you'll create design for our web, and app platforms, focusing on user experience, research, and information architecture. Partnering with the Associate Design Director, you'll ensure that our digital touchpoints effectively meet user needs and align with our Capital Markets platform. You'll use user-research and data to drive decision to optimize user flows and navigation, collaborating with product management, and development to enhance usability and deliver a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute design strategies for web, and app platforms that align with the company s brand and business objectives.
- Creation of high-quality user flows, wireframes and interactive designs for digital platforms, including websites and mobile applications.
- Ensure that all experiences are consistent with brand guidelines, user-centric, and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
- Inspire the design team by providing clear direction and constructive ideas to achieve creative excellence.
- Stay current with design trends, user experience best practices, and technological advancements to drive innovation.
- Design projects from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback into final designs.
- Maintain strong communication channels with teams across the organization to ensure alignment and achieve project objectives.
Skills and Expertise:
- Craft and articulate a clear vision for user experience, translating insights into intuitive, user-centered designs.
- Design seamless interactions and user flows for web and app platforms.
- Integrate and contribute to design systems to ensure consistency and coherence across projects.
- Apply principles to ensure optimal user experiences across various devices and screen sizes.
- Create inclusive designs that meet accessibility guidelines and accommodate all users.
- Utilize UX research methods and tools to gather insights, analyze user needs, and inform design improvements.
- Partner with user research team to identify test candidates and synthesize outcomes.
- Expertise in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (XD) and other relevant tools.
- Proven skills in design projects focusing on meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Strong analytical skills to identify design challenges and develop creative, user-centered solutions.
Experience Required
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant work experience UI Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
- A bachelor's degree in HCI, user experience design, or a related field Is a plus
