Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outbound Salesperson to join the Gratitwood team on a commission-based salary. This role involves expanding our customer base through proactive outreach and relationship building. Ideal candidates will have a passion for interior design, a strong understanding of custom cabinetry, and experience with design software such as SketchUp and Mosaic.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and contact potential clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to promote Gratitwood’s custom woodworking services.
- Sales Presentations: Showcase the benefits of our custom cabinets, accent walls, and woodwork projects to prospective clients, using your design knowledge to offer tailored solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop long-term relationships by understanding client needs, providing expert design advice, and ensuring smooth project execution.
- Quoting & Negotiation: Create and deliver accurate quotes, follow up on leads, and negotiate terms to close sales.
- Design Knowledge: Utilize your experience in interior design and custom cabinetry to guide clients through the design process, offering insights and creative solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure the accurate translation of client requests into final deliverables.
- Software Proficiency: Leverage tools like SketchUp and Mosaic to help visualize and communicate design concepts to clients.
- Reporting: Track and report sales activities, client progress, and sales outcomes to the Sales Manager.

Key Qualifications:
- Sales & Design Experience: Proven experience in outbound sales, with a background in interior design, custom cabinetry, or home improvement industries.
- Software Proficiency: Strong skills in SketchUp, Mosaic, or similar design software are highly preferred.
- Cabinetry Knowledge: Familiarity with cabinet design and construction processes to assist in consultations and sales.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of building rapport with clients and presenting solutions confidently.
- Self-Driven: Highly motivated and able to work independently, managing your own sales pipeline and hitting sales targets.
- Negotiation Skills: Skilled in negotiating terms and closing deals in a professional and client-focused manner.
- Customer-Centric: A passion for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive client experience from start to finish.

Compensation:
- Commission-Based: Competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential.
- Performance-based incentives and bonuses.
- Flexible working schedule, allowing you to manage your own time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
