Role Description:
The Cash Handling Manager will be responsible for managing the cash handling team and overseeing the daily cash handling needs of our Casino Departments, credit/collections, scheduling, and supervising the postings for all gaming activities. This position requires strong organizational and leadership skills to manage the cash handling team effectively.
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure cash handling is performed within accepted standards.
- Monitor and control cash handling processes to prevent errors and irregularities.
- Provide guidance and training to Cage Team Members on cash handling procedures and policies.
- Collaborate with Cage Supervisors and Cashiers to resolve issues related to cash handling.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting, gaming, and regulatory requirements.
