Position Summary
The Supply Chain Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our growing parts and accessories business. You’ll ensure customers receive the right components—on time and in perfect condition—by serving as the vital link between internal teams, our third-party logistics (3PL) provider, and customers. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and central to delivering on our promise of quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and track orders from receipt to shipment, ensuring timely delivery
- Coordinate daily with our 3PL warehouse to manage order picking, packing, and shipping
- Develop/maintain relationships with 3PL on day to day execution
- Partner with Production, Customer Service, and Sales to ensure order accuracy and timely dispatch
- Conduct quality control checks and resolve issues related to missing, damaged, or incorrect parts
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with routine inventory audits
- Transfer inventory between internal/external locations systematically
- Identify and troubleshoot supply chain bottlenecks or inefficiencies proactively
- Document standard operating procedures and maintain clear process documentation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline fulfillment operations
Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations (manufacturing experience a plus)
- Relevant internships or part-time work in project coordination, logistics, or operations will be considered
- Experience working with a 3PL or warehouse is a strong plus
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail
- Comfortable using inventory management systems and Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with Shopify is a plus
- Clear, professional communication skills—both written and verbal
- A hands-on problem-solver with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
