**GROCERY STORE-ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER-Full Time/Health Benefits
- This person serves as the front-end asst. store manager/lead.
- Management experience in a grocery store is a must.
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient store performance.
- Able to oversee the front end of the store and all departments
- Prior assistant store manager experience preferred.
- Ideal candidates must have proven customer service, selling skills, food industry experience, and effective supervisory success.
- Help with inventory management, including receiving and organizing stock shipments.
- Assist in creating and implementing strategies to drive sales and meet market demands.
- Help with visual merchandising and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
