Job Description:
- The Account Executive is the point of contact between clients and company and is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, manages sales, and increases the company's revenue.
- Work with commercial estimator(s) and project managers to to coordinate the proposal presentation.
- Develop, prepare, coordinate and execute presentations and proposal to existing or new clients.
- Identify and execute strategic opportunities within proposal to optimize Graves Brothers' position in securing the work.
- Look for new business opportunities, recommend solutions to prospects, and convert leads into new customers.
- Identify gaps and growth potential and explore untapped opportunities.
- Must be an expert communicator, have a keen eye for detail, ability to work under pressure, have a personable and professional character.
Required Skills & Abilities
- 4 years of sales experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to work in a CRM system.
Company Vehicle provided with a clean driving report and valid Driver's License

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
