What are the responsibilities and job description for the CDL A - Delivery Truck Driver (Home Nightly) position at Graves Foods?
Graves Foods is a 75 year old wholesale foodservice distribution located throughout the Midwest. Graves delivers quality foodservice products to nursing homes, schools, restaurants and other foodservice providers throughout the Midwest.
We are looking for experienced CDL Drivers to deliver quality products and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Driver Job Duties :
- Typical days start at 4 : 00am-5 : 00 am and end around 2 : 30- 4 : 00 pm. Drivers meet at Jefferson City warehouse and organize paperwork for the day.
- Pre-Trip Inspections are recorded, and drivers leave the warehouse facility around 4 : 00- 5 : 00 am.
- Drivers operate a company vehicle to transport products to multiple locations throughout the Midwest.
- Drivers physically unload products from trucks at customers' places of business.
- Drivers keep DOT and company required records throughout the day.
- Post Trip Inspections and turn in Paperwork.
- Clean Truck, fill with fuel and top-off all necessary fluids.
Prerequisites :
Pay : Class A driver - $25.00-$28.00 / Hour
