Legal Administrator Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrator to join our team at Gravis Law.
The Legal Administrator will play a key role in managing legal and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and supporting our attorneys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and offboard clients and data for incoming and outgoing attorneys, respectively.
- Perform data entry, excel data manipulation, conflict checks, drafts, and tracks correspondence.
- Maintain registered agent inbox and systems, including annual renewals for designated clients.
- Assist in systemwide case management data cleanup and engage in data management meetings with legal teams.
- Create and maintain Share Point directories and task tracking lists for the team's operational needs.
- Research new technology solutions and alternative methods of efficiency.
- Evaluate, test, and implement new or enhanced applications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; at least 2 years of college education.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Computer proficiency (MS-Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Share Point, Forms).
- Typing speed: 70 WPM.
- General Microsoft office experience, especially Excel and Share Point.
- Knowledge of legal case management system(s) preferred.
