Are you a highly organized, detail-driven leader with a passion for maintaining a seamless hotel operation? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing repairs, IT, and facility upkeep while ensuring guest satisfaction? If so, Municipal Grand is looking for an Engineering Manager to oversee our maintenance operations and respond to requests quickly and efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Manage and coordinate all maintenance, repair, and facility operations to ensure a well-maintained and safe environment
✔ Respond to work orders and guest/staff requests in a timely manner
✔ Lead a small but efficient engineering team, providing hands-on support and guidance
✔ Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
✔ Oversee and assist with IT and network-related maintenance (experience in IT is a huge plus!)
✔ Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to avoid costly repairs
✔ Ensure compliance with safety, health, and building regulations
✔ Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting for maintenance supplies
✔ Collaborate with all hotel departments to ensure seamless operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in hotel/facilities engineering, maintenance, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance
- IT/network troubleshooting experience is highly preferred
- Ability to manage a small team effectively and work efficiently
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to respond quickly to requests
- Availability on weekends and holidays is required
