If so, Municipal Grand is looking for a Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Lead, train, and support the housekeeping team to maintain luxury-level cleanliness and efficiency
✔ Oversee daily room inspections, public area maintenance, and back-of-house cleanliness
✔ Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting for housekeeping supplies and linen stock
✔ Create and maintain staff schedules while ensuring adequate coverage for busy periods and call-outs
✔ Work closely with the Director of Rooms, Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
✔ Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
✔ Handle guest requests, concerns, and special accommodations with professionalism
✔ Implement cost-control strategies without compromising quality
✔ Step in as needed to assist with cleaning duties during high occupancy or staff shortages
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous management experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with inventory management, ordering, and budgeting
- Ability to motivate and lead a team while maintaining high service standards
- Hands-on, proactive approach—willing to step in when needed
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and be available for call-outs
