As a Sales Manager with Gravitational Marketing you must :
Have a proven track record of growing sales and profits, with experience selling to auto dealerships.Have at least 4 years experience in a B2B, inside sales function (years of experience matter less than proven results)Be committed to the company goals and be capable of creating an effective plan and executing that planReview sales pipeline performance metrics and use those metrics to formulate opinions and recommendations to your leadership teamBe well-versed in consultative sales methodologies- and have an ability to share your education with othersExperience and understanding with CRM systemsBe highly organized, process-oriented and possess a strong attention-to-detailBe unstoppable and results-focused and thrive, not just perform, under pressureOur Sales Manager will enjoy :
