We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer to join our studio:

Architects, Interior Designers, Brand Experts, Rendering Studios and a wealth of
related consultants that come together as a team with our clients to plan,
design and open truly successful destinations. We
can provide consulting design or full-service design and permit/construction drawings for projects around
the globe. We are licensed in over 30 states and have done work in over 15
countries over the years.
Qualifications/Required Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from an accredited university.
- At least 1-3 years of Interior related experience, preferably in hospitality design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. (Graphic Design experience is a plus)
- Experience in producing schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
- On track to earning NCIDQ License.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to interact with clients and team members in our collaborative studio environment.
- Able to conceptualize and develop design solutions.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and design precision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to navigate design challenges.
- Candidates must be fluent in English and posses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have a passion for great design and am eager to join our expanding team.
Main Responsibilities:
- The Interior Designer works collaboratively or under the supervision of a Principal Architect/Senior Level Designer to create hospitality projects.
- Conceptualize and create plan layouts, vignette elevations, and concept design decks that align with client requirements and project goals.
- Creative design thinking, spatial, and environmental design ability, branding development, story creation, and graphic design sensibility are required.
- Conceptualize and create 3D Interior models using SketchUp.
- Produce/Assist with detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Coordinate with vendors to prepare specification booklets with accurate pricing and lead times that meet project needs.
- Ownership of multiple concurrent projects, resilience to switch gears quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining design quality.
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a rewarding yet demanding environment.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies to incorporate into designs.
