Salesforce Administrator
Gravity Global is seeking a skilled Salesforce-certified Administrator or Consultant with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in implementing go-to-market strategies, conducting technical audits to optimize Salesforce performance, and ensuring seamless client support. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to design, refine, and implement Salesforce solutions that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and refine Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and strategies.
- Conduct technical audits and assessments of Salesforce instances to identify optimization opportunities.
- Implement and configure Salesforce applications and features, ensuring seamless functionality across various teams and departments.
- Develop and maintain customized reports and dashboards to meet client and business reporting needs.
- Promote best practices for data hygiene and governance to ensure Salesforce data integrity.
- Assist with user training, documentation, and ongoing support to promote efficient use of Salesforce across the organization.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions, ensuring alignment between business needs and Salesforce capabilities.
- Provide ongoing support for Salesforce-related queries and issues, resolving them in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on Salesforce updates, trends, and best practices to continuously enhance the platform’s use within the organization.
- Ensure proper data synchronization between Salesforce and external platforms such as HubSpot
- Provide consulting to clients on proper implementation of data privacy requirements within their Salesforce environment
- Provide consulting to clients on how to best align the sales journey with their business requirements

The salary range below includes variation between all locations and offers a reflection of the highest potential and / or eventual salary in this position. There is not a standard offer, as each is based on experience, location, and other factual criteria.
