What You’ll Do
Financial and Operational Management:
- Responsible for Aspen Club budget process, determining revenue targets, and attaining Net Operating Income objectives.
- Presents monthly P&L for the department and is able to articulate both positive and negative variances.
- Able to run reports and analyze data to drive business decisions.
- Manages and submits bi-weekly payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor the financial and operational success of new menus and events while developing Haus Operating Procedures (HOPs) for all F&B functions.
- Ensure tight labor controls and consistent coaching for performance.
- Creates and fosters an employee & Haus-pitality culture focused on three questions: Is it good for you? Is it good for the planet? Is it an amazing experience?
- Interview, hire, train, schedule, and manage all staff with an eye on efficiency, morale, culture, and processes.
- Collaborates with Club Management Team hiring decisions and coaching team members across Gravity Haus Aspen.
- Maintains an onboarding and training program for all new hires and existing team members.
- Engaged contributor in appropriate property leadership committees/meetings, slack communications, OKR calls, and budgetary meetings.
- Conducts team meetings and 1-1 coaching sessions.
- Disseminates information and creates opportunities for staff to live the GH lifestyle & values..
- Displays genuine care for the team, members, and guests, elevating their lifestyle through their experience at Gravity Haus Aspen.
- Promotes, shows empathy, and advocates for the team.
- Has team spirit and is always willing to provide coverage and serve as property MOD when needed.
- Develops and provides opportunities for personal growth to team members.
- Provides timely, relevant, and candid feedback to improve team performance ultimately furthering company performance targets and objectives.
- Develop and maintain peer-mentoring programs to foster learning and growth across properties.
- Build an F&B-focused training program addressing skills for all roles.
- Ensures the club, fitness, coworking, and gear experiences and offerings in Aspen are on brand and of high quality for our members and guests.
- Oversees the members-only bar & restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and luxurious experiences.
- Manages membership processes, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Creates new program offerings and brings ideas to elevate the experience and meet revenue objectives in conjunction with Gravity Haus teams to execute across locations.
- Stays up to date with current trends and brings fresh ideas to implement.
- Maintains cleanliness and functionality of the facility. Seeks maintenance or housekeeping solutions in a timely manner.
- Provides memorable and loyalty-driving customer service.
- Follows company standards to maintain high-quality service and guarantees customers receive exceptional service.
- Leads and jumps into a variety of roles as needed to ensure client satisfaction and overall team success.
- Sets a continuous example that service team members can aspire to in terms of appearance, professionalism, hospitality, knowledge, and work ethic.

- Problem-solve and make critical decisions related to group bookings, buyouts, and operating hours to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with partner teams to monitor service quality and guest satisfaction for all F&B operations.
- Lead efforts to expand Aspen's group, meetings and event base to enhance group F&B revenue.

Requirements
Education and Experience
- 5 or more years of leadership experience.
- 2 or more years of hospitality, fitness, spa, or club leadership experience.
- Formal restaurant management training within a corporate environment.
- Experience in banquets, special event planning, and managing a variety of F&B operations, from quick service to fine dining.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
