- Listen well and answer guest inquiries.
- Maximize sales and ensure the return of the guest.
- Participate in all educational events provided.
- Provide mentorship of the new staff members.
- Push yourself to grow your knowledge of food and beverage.
- Perform all side work applicable to assigned stations and checking areas for any work that has gone unattended.
- Be educated and act as an expert on all products served by the restaurant.
