Our consultants often interact directly with customers to communicate details about pricing, design, and product details. Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to understand their roofing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of roofing projects and create detailed designs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Manage client accounts and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Utilize CRM tools like Acculynx for tracking sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and outreach.
Qualifications
- Proven negotiation and customer service skills
- Strong background in sales, particularly in outside sales and B2B environments
- Experience in account management and business development
- Familiarity with Acculynx and other sales technologies
- Ability to conduct product demos and perform market analysis
- Previous experience in retail sales and cold calling is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
