Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Customer Growth Manager to lead efforts in increasing customer value, retention, and revenue within a B2B industrial sales environment. This individual will serve as a Player/Coach—both actively contributing to customer success and mentoring a team to exceed performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive monthly bookings and revenue targets through effective customer engagement strategies.
- Lead and coach a Customer Support team to uncover and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Present RFQ (Request for Quote) options in a way that maximizes order conversion rates.
- Manage team scheduling and ensure optimal customer support coverage.
- Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and facilitate continuous improvement.
- Guide the handling of warranty claims and RTS (Return to Stock) credit approvals.
- Run effective stand-up and departmental meetings that align with business goals.
- Maintain strong communication across departments and with senior leadership.
- Ensure customer retention through value-driven support and relationship management.
