Job Title: UI Engineer, Email
Location: Dania, Florida (Hybrid)

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an Engineer, Product UI Email to develop, test, deploy, and maintain user interfaces across products, with a specialized focus on email-related UI work. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams, IT teams, technology partners, and external business partners to ensure seamless integration of email components with broader product features.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy responsive and accessible email templates using HTML/CSS.
- Manage and execute email campaigns in marketing platforms such as Braze, Responsys, and Dynamic Yield.
- Collaborate with designers and marketers to align email templates with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze engagement metrics to optimize performance.
- Troubleshoot rendering issues across various email clients and devices (e.g., Outlook, Gmail, mobile).
- Implement personalization and dynamic content.
- Manage email segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing laws, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in an engineering role.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email development and React for Frontend Work. (experience with Litmus, Email on Acid is a plus).
- Strong understanding of software engineering environments and standards.
- Must pass a 10-year background check.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Experience with Responsys, Braze, or Dynamic Yield.
- Skilled in JavaScript and React for UI/front-end development.
- Familiarity with data-driven marketing and A/B testing.
- 5 years of experience in technology roles.
- Experience with Java, Python, Go, and/or JavaScript.
- Experience developing solutions in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
