Head of Marketing and Sales
The Head of Marketing and Sales will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition across B2B and B2C markets.
This is a leadership role that requires both strategic planning as well as the willingness to be involved in hands-on execution. A seasoned leader with deep expertise in both marketing and sales into consumer and enterprise markets within the technology sector is required.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies (branding, positioning, GTM plans) to include both paid and organic methods.
- Drive lead and demand generation strategies and activities.
- Oversee all digital marketing initiatives and budgets.
- Design and run integrated plans with sales to drive pipeline growth.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Lead and manage sales team.
- Create and optimize sales processes and strategies to drive efficiency and increase pipeline effectiveness and close rates.
Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in Sr. Level marketing and sales roles.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C SaaS technology industry.
- Experience in traditional marketing as well as digital marketing.
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's degree preferred.
