Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Contractor Process Manager to optimize processes across the entire HR lifecycle, starting with a focus on Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Offboarding. This role will focus on improving process efficiency, ensuring smooth transitions for employees at all stages, and driving continuous improvement in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Streamline and optimize the end-to-end candidate and associate lifecycle processes, from recruitment through onboarding to offboarding.
- Identify and implement process improvements to ensure seamless, efficient workflows that enhance both the candidate and employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the lifecycle.
- Conduct regular audits to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous process improvement, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance productivity and employee retention.
- Provide regular updates and reports on process performance and improvement efforts to leadership.
- Work cross-functionally with HR IT, PMO and other departments to ensure alignment and successful execution of lifecycle processes.
- Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems across teams.
- Foster collaboration and ensure clear communication to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive SOPs for Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Offboarding processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process management, HR operations, or related fields.
- Proven experience in process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop data-driven insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with HR Service Now, Workday and/or other HR software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
