Plan and layout work in collaboration with the sales team. Responsible for developing and increasing the production capacity required to meet monthly and yearly shipping goals.Maintain performance standards, check progress, interdepartmental coordinate workflow, analyze workflow delays, and take remedial action.Responsible for purchasing and maintaining material inventories to meet customer commitments. Interpret and clarify rules, regulations, and general policies. Evaluate and recommend staffing needs, shift requirements, and equipment needs. - Degree preferred in management or operations and / or
- 5 years of managerial or supervisory experience
- Familiarity with commercial metal door manufacturing a plus
- Experience in training manufacturing staff Ability to perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot / repair mechanical equipment a plus
