Position Overview :
We are seeking a skilled IAM Engineer to join a critical project, supporting an industry-leading client. In this role, you will provide technical leadership and expertise in identity and access management (IAM) solutions, ensuring secure and efficient management of user identities and access across systems. You will be responsible for designing and implementing complex IAM solutions that align with business and security requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, configure, and manage IAM technologies, including OAuth2, SAML SSO, OIDC, and user identity management systems.
- Create and implement workflows to support multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Maintain and update IAM policies, ensuring they are aligned with organizational security standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into IAM solutions and system architectures.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement suitable IAM technologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Proactively identify security risks, vulnerabilities, and access control issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with product owners, QA, and business analysts to deliver effective IAM solutions.
- Design and maintain automated testing for IAM systems.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all IAM solutions, processes, and policies.
- Support day-to-day operations of the IAM systems, including troubleshooting, user access requests, and ensuring compliance.
