Gravity Staffing, Inc. is a well-established private equity firm with a strong presence in Connecticut's lower Fairfield County. We are currently seeking an experienced Front Desk/Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming phone calls and take detailed messages
- Meet and greet visitors with courtesy and professionalism
- Manage the Company Calendar, ensuring meeting locations are set and assigned, and prepare a weekly email of company highlights for the Business Development team
- Schedule meetings and conference calls as requested for both in-person meetings and remote meetings via Zoom, supporting our Operating Partner team
- Provide expense support for 6-10 operating partners and potential travel support for this role
- Order office supplies and consumables from vendors, maintaining delivery schedules, and ensure stock in both kitchens is refreshed
- Oversee boardroom scheduling, including catering and beverage stock
- Coordinate timely catering orders and deliveries in advance of scheduled events
- Maintain the tidiness and presentability of common areas, including kitchens and the lower-level copy room
- Be responsible for copy machine and larger printer maintenance schedules, including toner ordering, manufacturer contact, troubleshooting, and stocking paper
- Maintain the appearance of the reception area and boardrooms to ensure they are presentable
- Support Operating Partner ad hoc requests, such as car service and meeting planning
- Provide administrative support as needed, including notary services, preparing DocuSign presentations, printing, and binding, picking up lunch for Partners, and Annual meeting support
- Assist with ad hoc projects at the request of the COO and CFO/CCO
