Cleaner

• Job Title: Janitorial
• Location: 600 Twichell Ave., Dumas, TX 79029
• Duration: 6 Months (CONTRACT)
• Timing: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Pay: $18 to $22/hr without benefits

Descriptions:

They are responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy facility by completing various tasks. This can include mopping & vacuuming floors, disinfecting surfaces and restrooms and emptying trash and recycle cans.

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
• Perform and document routine inspection and cleaning activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• And other cleaning duties as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
