Job Summary & Work Schedule:

• Schedule: 5 days a week, 9-hour shifts, including a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist responsible for extracting key information from medical files and accurately entering it into a client database. The role requires handling storage boxes, retrieving files, and ensuring precise data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieve individual medical files from storage boxes and accurately enter required data fields into the database.
• Maintain a high keystroke frequency (10,000 KPH) with 100% accuracy (validated through double-key verification).
• Carry storage boxes (weighing 30-50 lbs) up to 20 feet approximately every 5-7 minutes.
• Lift and place boxes on pallets at heights ranging from 13” to 45”.
• Work primarily in a seated position (95% of the time), with occasional physical movement (5% of the time).

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under performance-based metrics.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and handling physical workload when required.
• Professional and workplace-appropriate attire is required.

Additional Information:

This role primarily involves data entry at a workstation, with periodic lifting and organizing of storage boxes.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed
