- Work Schedule: Train 2 weeks on 1st shift (can move earlier if training goes well)
1st shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
2nd shift: - start at 3 pm. (7p - 10 pm will be unsupervised)
Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented GMP Area Cleaner and Sanitation Personnel to join our team in a pharmaceutical Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO). This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and compliance of our Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) areas, ensuring a safe and sterile environment for our operations.
Qualifications:
o High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in cleaning procedures or GMP is a plus.
o Previous experience in a cleaning or sanitation role within a pharmaceutical or regulated environment is preferred.
o Familiarity with GMP, GDP, and other regulatory standards. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow strict protocols.
o Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Sanitization:
o Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of GMP areas, including production rooms, laboratories, and storage areas, following established protocols.
o Use appropriate cleaning agents and techniques to ensure all surfaces are disinfected and free from contamination.
PPE Management:
o Restock and maintain adequate supplies of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in designated areas.
o Ensure that PPE is stored correctly and is readily available for personnel working in GMP zones.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Sanitation: 2 years (Required)
- CGMP: 1 year (Required)
- GMP: 1 year (Required)
