About the Role
As a Social Media Specialist at GravityFree, you'll blend creativity with strategy to craft compelling social media content that captivates audiences and drives engagement. You’ll navigate the latest social trends, optimize content across multiple platforms, and play a key role in shaping digital marketing strategies for our clients.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, and Pinterest with the opportunity to touch other social media platforms
- Create compelling content that aligns with client brands and marketing campaigns
- Launch social ad campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and reach new customers
- Identify and incorporate trending topics that seamlessly fit a brand’s voice
- Manage and schedule high volumes of posts across multiple channels
- Monitor social media analytics, interpret data, and optimize campaigns for success
- Research and implement the latest social media integrations to enhance reach and engagement
- Work proactively and adapt quickly to client needs and evolving social media trends
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine digital and content strategies
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing and social media, with a proven track record of growth
- Expertise in business applications of social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
- Experience with eCommerce or retail marketing (bonus points for familiarity with social shopping)
- Familiarity with graphic design fundamentals to collaborate in creative briefs and work alongside designers
- Proven talent for crafting scroll-stopping social media captions that drive interaction
- Strong understanding of digital & content marketing, social media trends, and emerging platforms
- Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies for maximum impact
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with strong creative and problem-solving skills
