PROJECT MANAGER

Gray Construction Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager. Based in Trenton, Florida, our company has been providing commercial construction services to the North Florida area for the past 25 years. We maintain excellent relationships with our clients, subcontractors, and design professionals and have remained small enough as a company to feel like a family, and large enough to handle the most complex projects in the area while serving both the public and private sectors.
Responsibilities Duties
- Manage the cost, quality, schedule, and safety of construction projects
- Review subcontractor and vendor pay requests
- Manage subcontracts and change orders
- Prepare owner pay requests
- Complete submittal process
- Collaborate and communicate positively with client, engineer, architect, subcontractors, city/county personnel, etc.
- Communicate effectively with the project team to ensure the job will be delivered with quality and within contract time
- Complete project close-out process
- Utilize project tracking software programs
Qualifications Skills
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field; combination of education/work experience will be considered in lieu of degree – 10 years of experience minimum
- Knowledge and understanding of construction operations and processes
- Experience with Procore and Oracle / Primavera software programs preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
