Responsibilities
Financial Modeling and Analysis:
- Work with financial statements to analyze historical results, make adjustments & reconciliations, project forecasts, and present summary reports effectively.
- Construct and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate potential transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, divestitures, and capital raising activities.
- Perform thorough financial analysis, assessing valuations using various methodologies.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on target companies, assessing technical, operational, and financial aspects.
- Review financial statements, legal documents, and other relevant materials, making necessary adjustments, reconciliations, and revisions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory developments to provide valuable insights on the current environments.
- Research relevant sectors to identify potential investment opportunities and market dynamics.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations, pitch books, confidential information memorandums, and other marketing materials.
- Work closely with senior team members to support client meetings and presentations, and effectively communicate key findings and recommendations.
- Support the execution of transactions from initiation to closing, including coordinating with legal, accounting, and other external advisors.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the deal process.
- Effectively communicate with internal teams and external parties to facilitate seamless transaction execution.
- Collaborate with colleagues to brainstorm and develop innovative solutions for clients.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, financial regulations, and emerging trends in investment banking.
- Actively participate in training programs, acquire necessary certifications and licenses, and continue to seek opportunities for professional and personal development.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or data analytics preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and graphs) and Power Point
