Gray Hawk Land Solutions is currently hiring for the position of ROW Land Analyst. The individualwe are looking for must have a complete understanding of all phases of a right-of-way project, be a self-starter, and able to perform the below tasks with little or no supervision. This position works closely with groups such as contracts, engineering, projects, and operations. This individual will work independently and able to resolve complex issues utilizing different research options. The individual will deal with internal company employees and external stakeholders as well. This person must be a self-starter and able to evaluate different options to get the best outcome for the company.This is an on-site position in Houston, Texas. 5 days a week.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Maintain, analyze, and interpret pipeline ROW files including easements, lease documents, real estate deeds, and various other documents relating to ownership and rights
- AddressroutineROW related issues, with a very heavy emphasis on dealing with 3rdParty Inquiries for the asset and may involve business, legal or operational consequences to Company assets
- Negotiate and coordinate with private property owners and other utility companies for various land support
- Conduct in-house ROW and title searches
- Draft notification letters and make verbal notifications of proposed pipeline work
- Generates variousformagreements (with assistance)
- Leverages relationships and interfaces with governmental agencies and the local community for project permitting issues
- Oversees the findings from the conflict inquiry process to ensure optimal outcome for the company
- Fluent in Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint. Able to utilize different mapping systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience providing administrative support to a wide variety of users
- Represents self with professionalism. Can relate to people from various backgrounds and work well with others
- Able to work well in a team environment or an individual role
- Provide support to Land Manager as needed!
- Minimum of three (3) years of preparing and processing ROW acquisition easement documents on ROW projects
- This is a Full-Time, 5day per week position with a day rate of $325/day
