Job Summary/Description:
Gray Digital Media is seeking a dynamic and experienced paid search campaign specialist to join our innovative team. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise to develop paid search campaigns within Google and Bing to achieve desired results, manage advertising budgets, and ensure optimal performance. This role will work cross-functionally with Operations, and Sales to drive meaningful and proven results for our advertisers.
•This position is entirely remote and can be applied for from any state where Gray Media operates.
Duties/Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Build, execute, and optimize cutting-edge paid Google and Bing ad campaigns from conception to launch.
- Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders.
- Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs and objectives.
- Frequently optimize campaign delivery to ensure consistent spending and performance.
- Stay updated on industry and platform trends and apply innovative solutions and techniques to enhance campaign delivery and performance.
- Conduct in-depth keyword and interest research, ad grouping, and audience targeting.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 3 years experience developing successful, measurable integrated paid media programs for multiple clients.
- Advanced knowledge of Google and Bing paid search products including, but not limited to, PPC, VLAs, shopping, and PMax campaigns.
- Demonstrate knowledge of paid advertising across media channels; stay current on any changes in paid advertising and propose new format/partnership ideas for clients
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills with the ability to generate insights, understand competitive analysis, and conduct market assessments
- Track record of delivering results for clients; raising brand awareness, driving demand, and creating creative high-impact connections with customers
- Experience with 3rd party bid-management platforms such as Skai or Matchcraft.
